Your personal data is kept until the end of the performance of the ordered services and for another 5 years after the fulfillment of the contract on the basis of Article 346 of the Code of Obligations (OZ-UPB1, (OZ-UPB1, Uradni list RS, no. 97/07 - official consolidated text, 64/ 16 - odl. US and 20/18 - OROZ631) or until the end of all possible judicial or extrajudicial proceedings.

10. Existence of automated decision-making, including profiling

We do not use your personal data in our company for automated decision-making.

11. Rights of the individual in relation to his personal data

In relation to the processing of personal data, the individual has:
- the right to access data,
- the right to correction,
- right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
- the right to limit processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to object and
- the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data.
